We are the proud owners of a Clark Bremer timber frame home!

Quality Process - Quality is the word I think of when I think of Clark and his company NLTF.

Clark excels in helping people get from just an “idea in their heads” to actually realizing that dream to build a timber frame home.  He’s really good at connecting the dots . . . communicating & driving the process, helping to identify who you will need to make it happen (designer, SIP panels vendor, installers, builders, etc.)

Professional is another word that comes to mind.  Prompt communication and attention to all the details that are important to the process.  First Class – whatever Clark told you would happen – you could count on it – it turned out just the way he said it would.

Quality People – You can tell a lot about an organization by the people who work there.  I was able to visit the workshop as the timber frame was being carved as well as be on site for the timber raising.  In September, I watched as Patrick, Shawn, Lefty,  and  Blue worked together to demonstrate how a “High Performance Team” performs.  They were exceptional – not one hard word (cuss or otherwise) – their respect for each other, their experience & competence, their passion & pride in doing the best job possible was a joy to witness.  Everyone knew what to do before being told.

A consistent comment from the neighbors who stopped by to watch was that they really knew what they were doing.  This team was truly skillful in working with wood and the big timbers but their skill in working so well together is what left a lasting impression.

Quality Product – Did I mention these guys are Master Craftsmen?  I would recommend that you go and visit one of their projects and see for yourself.  We went to the Pine Island, MN–    “5 Gables Home” Open House after meeting Clark at the Cabin Show in Minneapolis.  When you are actually standing in a timber frame space, you will know if it’s really for you.  We did!  The quality is immediately apparent.  With a custom design, each frame is cut and then raised “one at a time”.  Each timber is sanded, finished and individually wrapped in heavy paper, packed carefully for transport and assembly – like a fine piece of furniture.

We would recommend Clark without hesitation.  If you have questions we would be happy to visit with you.
