Clark impressed us the minute we
met him. He was punctual, polite, humble, respectful and has an
incredible knowledge of timber frame construction that we are still
amazed at. He answered our multitude of questions patiently. He
returned our phone calls promptly, always made sure we thoroughly
understood the answers he gave us, and shared his design expertise
without a thought.
When Clark’s bid came in higher than a competitor, we visited a home
built by the competitor who did not hand-craft their homes. That was
the clincher. No comparison. Not even close. The relationship we had
developed with Clark along with his insistence on quality and
craftsmanship cemented our decision to go with Northern Lights Timber
framing.
We were present for the timber frame raising which was the most
incredible experience! Our builder was impressed with Clark’s
craftsmanship, attention to detail, thoroughness and communication
skills. Clark took the extra time to educate our builder, who was
building a timber frame for the first time, to ensure that we received
a quality home.
